Join us for pond-side nature yoga! This all-levels class will be taught by Education Associate and certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, Alison Zak, who strongly believes that our yoga practices benefit from moving out of homes and studios and into nature because doing so can help us feel more connected. When we feel a sense of union with the world around us, we are more likely to act with compassion toward ourselves and all living beings, on and off of our mats. That’s what yoga is all about!

Cost: $10 (8 for Friends of Clifton*)

Weather policy: Date and time subject to change dependent on weather. Please check your email for updates on the morning of the event.

COVID-19 information: Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your household has experienced any symptoms related to the coronavirus in the last two weeks. To keep everyone safe, we will adhere to the following guidelines:

• The entire program will occur outside.
• The farmhouse will be closed, but a port-a-potty is available.
• We will space our mats at a distances of 6 or more feet.
• The class will be limited to 15 students.

Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given upon registrant cancellation. Refunds will only be given in the event that The Clifton Institute cancels the program. If you are registered and can no longer attend this event, please let us know as soon as possible. Due to smaller group size limits already imposed by COVID, many of our events have waitlists, and a few ‘no-shows’ can have a significant impact on the success of a program. We enjoy planning, promoting, and hosting these events and want to make sure they are available to everyone who is interested in attending. Thank you!

What to wear: Dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothes you can move in!

What to bring: Mask (required); bottle of water; bug spray; yoga mat, blanket or towel
