Mindful Naturalists: Earth Mandalas

Saturday, May 22, 2021

10:00am – 11:30am

Mindful Naturalists is a free program series created to inspire mindful observation and nature appreciation. Each month we will explore a different topic and experiment with a different practice for mindfully experiencing the natural world while enjoying a peaceful morning at our beautiful field station.

For this program we will create impermanent art with materials collected on our walk, inspired by the patterns and colors in nature!

Cost: Free!

Age: Adults

Weather policy: Date and time subject to change dependent on weather. Please check your email for updates on the morning of the event.

COVID-19 information: This program will occur entirely outside and is limited to 15 people. We will practice social distancing and wear masks, so please bring one with you. Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your household has experienced any symptoms related to the coronavirus in the last two weeks. The farmhouse will be closed, but a port-a-potty is available.

Cancellation policy: If you register and can no longer attend this event, please let us know as soon as possible. Due to smaller group size limits imposed due to COVID-19, many of our events have waitlists, and a few ‘no-shows’ have a significant impact.

What to wear: Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.

What to bring: Mask (required), small bag or basket for collecting

Registration REQUIRED: By clicking the ‘Register’ button below, you agree that you have read and understood the information included on our liability release form (click here).
