Invasive Species Control- Volunteer Day

Saturday, Nov 16, 2019

9:30am – 12:30pm

We need your help to control invasive species in our fields! Invasive species provide poor wildlife habitat and crowd out native plants. Last winter we were able to eliminate Autumn Olive from 30 acres. This year we are focusing on Oriental Bittersweet and we’re excited to see how much we can clear.

We have saws, loppers, and glyphosate. Additional hand saws and loppers may also come in handy.

Please email Bert at bharris@cliftoninsitute.org if you are available to help. Thank you!
