September 4, 3:00-6:00PM.

There will be cocktails and snacks all afternoon
and a brief presentation about our organization at 5:00PM.

Before the presentation you will have the chance to learn about and even participate in some of our ongoing research projects. Tours and talks will start periodically throughout the afternoon:

• Take a hay wagon ride through our experimental grassland restoration project where we are studying how to restore native grasslands.
• Track a radio-tagged turtle with one of our staff.
• Hear about our kestrel tracking project from one of our research technicians.
• Take a walk to our active beaver lodge and learn how we count butterflies and dragonflies during our annual community science counts.
