DESCRIPTION:We\'ve added a second program due to popular demand! If you are already signed up for the August 13th program, this is a repeat of the same event- please let new families register. Thank you!

‘Piedmont Polliwogs’ is a free, monthly program for children ages 2-5 (accompanied by ONE parent/caregiver). Each program will include outdoor story time and a quick nature walk. The changes we are making to this program to keep families safe include:

 	Outdoors only- The farmhouse bathroom will be available for emergencies only.
 	Shorter program duration (1 hour)
 	No use of shared materials
 	Social distancing- We use ‘tree branches’ to encourage keeping six feet between families.
 	Masks are recommended.
 	Fewer structured activities and more free play time in nature- We will still read a story, do weather stones, sing songs, and ‘hike’ short distances!
 	Limited registration: ONLY ten children may attend. When registering, please include the number of children and do not include yourself. Thanks for helping us keep accurate count of program attendees.

IMPORTANT: If you are registered for this event and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Due to smaller group size limits already imposed by COVID-19, many of our events have waitlists, and a few ‘no-shows’ can have a significant impact on the success of a program. We enjoy planning, promoting, and hosting these events and want to make sure they are available to everyone who is interested in attending. We appreciate your support and we’ll see you and your polliwog(s) soon!
