11:00am – 2:00pm
Join Bert Harris and assist as we survey the butterflies and dragonflies in our grassland restoration field. This will involve a three-mile hike through pastures (including an active cow pasture) counting butterflies and dragonflies for restoration ecology research. Bring hats, waterbottles, close-focus binoculars and/or cameras along with good walking shoes (rubber boots ideal).
Naturalists of all skill levels welcome–join our team of citizen scientists! RSVP requested – firstname.lastname@example.org. Date and time subject to change based on weather.
